Operators of a large wind turbine project planned for Lake Erie say they have reached a deal with state regulators.
Lake Erie Energy Development Corporation says the deal covers construction and oversight rules. The corporation now needs a permit from the Ohio Power Siting Board to start building the Icebreaker Wind project as early as 2021.
