Current and former workers at the troubled Fuyao Glass plant in Moraine will share thousands of dollars in a settlement over the company's working conditions.
Fuyao has agreed to pay 1.3 million dollars to more than 600 employees and their attorneys. The suit claimed employees weren't paid for overtime or for working through their breaks.
