Franklin County Municipal Court records show criminal charges filed against at least 59 police brutality protesters between May 28 and June 8 have been dismissed because of technical errors.
At least 36 people were charged with "failure to disperse", at least 12 were charged with rioting. Others were charged with felony assault, breaking and entering, disorderly conduct, obstruction of official business and pointing a laser at an aircraft.
