Former Sandusky County Prosecutor Tim Braun is facing a federal lawsuit by four women who worked in his office.
The women accuse Braun of creating a hostile work environment, making sexist comments and inappropriately touching them. The suit names another prosecuting attorney, County Commissioners and the County as co-defendants. None of the defendants have commented. Braun resigned earlier this year after he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge for sexually harassing female employees. The Sandusky County Republican Party voted in December to ask Braun to resign. Ohio's governor and attorney general, both Republicans, had been pressuring Braun to step down as well.
