The Catholic Diocese of Columbus has reached a million dollar settlement in a clergy sex abuse case.
A former Saint Charles Preparatory School student alleged abuse by Monsignor Thomas Bennett. The lawsuit originally sought over 2 million dollars in restitution. Diocese officials say a determination of credibility against Bennett, who died in 2008, has yet to be made.
