Republican State Representative Nino Vitale is accused of misusing campaign funds.
The office of Republican Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose has filed a complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission. Vitale is accused of filing a blank campaign finance report in June and using campaign funds for his personal business. Vitale also allegedly directed students in his concealed carry class to pay through his campaign website. The lawmaker has yet to comment.
