Democratic Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein says his office has filed a brief supporting a lawsuit against the United States Postal Service.
The suit is brought by several state attorneys general over changes made by Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. Critics have called the changes a deliberate attempt to suppress the vote. Klein says the changes have also harmed the community by delaying delivery of medicine, COVID-19 test results, and important notices. The cities of Cincinnati and Dayton have also signed the brief.
