Bill Cohen joins Music Journeys ahead of his April 2 show to remind us how precious time is, and he performs some songs to reflect that.
The long-time Ohio Public Radio reporter's retirement in 2013 gave him more time to explore his love of music.
Cohen's Time and Memory show takes place at 7pm Saturday April 2nd in Clintonville at First Unitarian Universalist Church. He’ll sing songs from the 1940’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s that remind us of time’s unique qualities. Beautiful vocal harmonies and instrumental backup will be added by veteran Columbus musicians Joanne Blum and Joe Lambert.
It's a free show but any proceeds generated will benefit The Alzheimer's Association of Central Ohio.
