The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission has issued an Air Quality Alert for tomorrow.
The region consists of Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Knox, Madison, and Licking counties. MORPC officials say ground-level ozone pollution levels tomorrow will be unhealthy for sensitive groups. Active children, the elderly, and people with asthma are urged to limit prolonged outdoor activity. MORPC also suggests limiting vehicle trips, waiting to refuel your car until dusk, and holding off on mowing the lawn during Air Quality Alert days.
