A 30th wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Mount Carmel Health System and a former employee, William Husel.
The suit alleges the hospital and doctor are responsible for the 2017 death of a man who died after Husel allegedly ordered an excessive dose of fentanyl. Husel has been indicted on 25 murder charges in connection with the deaths of more than two-dozen patients.
