All aboard! The Paul Busse Garden Railway is arriving at Conservatory station.
9 G scale model trains travel across 1,122 feet of track that runs high and low through themed destinations: Fairytale Land, Wild West Town, European Travels and the animal-centric Who Lives Here.
Guests can journey with the trains through a miniature world of 51 botanical models made from all-natural plant material. Special elements to add to your itinerary include an enchanted tree hollow, two waterfalls, a bubbling brook and plantings specific to each themed destination.

David Rogers’ Big Bugs brings the hidden world of insects to breathtaking scale. This traveling exhibition features oversized, anatomically accurate sculptures crafted from reclaimed wood and natural materials, revealing the intricate beauty of creatures often overlooked. From towering ants to a giant dragonfly and massive praying mantis, these monumental works invite visitors of all ages to explore, discover, and see nature from a new perspective.
Big Bugs opens June 6, 2026 and will be on display through September 20, 2026.
The Conservatory Farmers Market begins June 3-September 16, 2026 on Wednesdays from 3:30-6:30pm.
Vendors offer a mix of local produce, baked goods, specialty foods, handmade items, and health & beauty products. EBT is accepted for all qualifying purchases and incentive dollars through the Produce Perks Columbus program for fresh produce are offered for all EBT participants.
Kids can also participate in VEGGIE CHAMPS, a weekly activity that rewards kids with Veggie Bucks to spend at the market.
Markets will occur if it rains but will be canceled in the case of dangerous weather: high winds, lightning, or extreme heat.
Some of the coolest riders and sharpest bikes in the city roll into Our Haus on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from April through September — and we love hosting the crew.
Ride in, hang out, and enjoy the energy of Euro Bike Night.

We are a fun and friendly neighborhood farmers market, located at 3467 East Orange Road, Lewis Center OH, between Orange High and Middle Schools and Freedom Trail Elementary, in the Orange Friends Church parking lot. We're here each Tuesday beginning June 30 through August 11, from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. Come get your weekly supply of fresh vegtables, bread and other prepared treats, and browse our craft vendors' variety of original products. Bring the kids - they have their own area with outdoor toys, a bounce house and supervised crafts! And it's dinner time - there's a different food truck each week, so don't cook tonight - you can eat at one of our picnic tables. All this, and music too! Don't miss it!
Adult Writers’ Studio is a welcoming and creative community of writers 18+ who gather to share and discuss their writing, participate in generative exercises, provide/receive feedback about each other’s work, engage in topical discussions, and support each other through peer motivation and kind, constructive criticism. Led by writer and facilitator Diane Callahan, Adult Writers’ Studio: Elevate Your Writing meets in-person every other Tuesday at Thurber Center.
Step into Chic Jungle Nights, a fun, easy beginner’s party designed to help you relax, move, and enjoy a night out with our dance community. We’ll start with a simple group class that gets you comfortable right away—learning the basics, building confidence, and having fun from the very first step.
After class, we’ll ease into a relaxed social dance party where you can practice what you learned, meet new people, and enjoy the music in a warm, low‑pressure atmosphere. Whether you come dressed in white or jungle‑inspired attire, the vibe is playful, stylish, and welcoming for absolute beginners.
You’ll get just enough instruction to feel successful, plus plenty of time to explore what dancing could look like for you. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a sense of fun.
