Funeral services have been scheduled for Democrat Jack Ford, a former state lawmaker, Toledo Mayor and city council member. A public viewing will be held Sunday followed by a funeral on Monday. Another visitation and funeral will be held Tuesday in Springfield. Ford died last Friday.
