A Hamilton County judge has set a May 25 retrial date for the former University of Cincinnati police officer charged with killing an unarmed black motorist during a traffic stop. The judge also says she will try to seat a jury in Hamilton County. Prosecutor Joe Deters had said he wanted to move the Ray Tensing trial to another county. The first trial ended in a mistrial November 12.
