A coalition of Columbus Democrats is critical of changes to the city's policy on tax breaks.
The Yes We Can coalition says the changes are a step in the right direction, but fail to correct the pay-to-play culture at city hall. In a written statement, the coalition calls for an end to what it says are the political kickbacks given to politicians who give tax breaks to developers in return for massive campaign contributions.
