Delaware County health officials say 368 people have now reported getting sick after eating at a Chipotle restaurant in Powell.
The company closed the Sawmill Parkway eatery on Monday, citing "an abundance of caution." The facility reopened on Tuesday after health officials say the restaurant was disinfected and food was thrown out. Officials say it will take several days to complete laboratory tests to learn the source of the problem. One man who says he got food poisoning at the restaurant is filing a lawsuit seeking 25 thousand dollars in damages.
