Columbus Safety Director Ned Pettus has suspended two paramedics for taking photographs of patients.
Mike McConnell, who took the photos, has been suspended four days for violating a rule defining good behavior. Kevin Murphy has been suspended ten days for sharing the images and lying to investigators. The investigation started after an anonymous tip and the photographs were sent to city offices and some news organizations. The Division of Fire announced the suspensions in a news release issued Monday.
