Columbus-based Mount Carmel Health System says the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has accepted its plans to fix issues at Mount Carmel West, East and Grove City hospitals.
The agency began investigating after the patient overdose scandal. Inspectors later found multiple issues related to fire suppression, including a failure to conduct routine inspections of equipment.
