Supporters of the undocumented immigrant staying in sanctuary at the Columbus Mennonite Church have delivered a request for a "Stay of Removal" to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Previous attempts to deliver a request for Edith Espinal were rejected because she needed to be present. No word on when the agency will consider the request. Espinal has been staying at the church since 2017.
