Not guilty pleas have been entered for four people following their indictment on a racketeering charge.
Federal prosecutors say former Republican Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder and the other four illegally shepherded 61 million dollars in energy company funds through a dark money group for personal gain, and to ensure the legislative bailout of two Ohio nuclear power plants.
A judge allowed Householder to delay his court appearance as he seeks a new attorney.
