A Washington County woman was criminally charged Wednesday, after she was forcibly removed from a high school football game she attended without wearing a face mask.
In a video that has been widely circulated, Alecia Kitts is seen arguing and then struggling with a Logan High School resource officer before being tased. Police say Kitts told the officer she is asthmatic and was arrested for failing to comply with police.
