Woman Removed From Football Game For Not Wearing Face Mask

dailymail.co.uk

A Washington County woman was criminally charged Wednesday, after she was forcibly removed from a high school football game she attended without wearing a face mask.

In a video that has been widely circulated, Alecia Kitts is seen arguing and then struggling with a Logan High School resource officer before being tased. Police say Kitts told the officer she is asthmatic and was arrested for failing to comply with police.  The Logan-Hocking Schools superintendent says wearing masks is a state prerequisite at sporting events. The superintendent says the district has received threats and he had to place the school on a lockout. The video is posted on YouTube.
