Bond Set For Suspect In Fatal Shooting Of OSU Student

Bond is set at 5 million dollars for the suspect in the Sunday fatal shooting of an Ohio State University student.

18-year-old Kintie Mitchell Junior is charged with killing 23-year-old Chase Meola. Police have said  the shooting stemmed from a fight when several people were asked to leave a campus area party. Mitchell was free on bond at the time of the shooting.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
