A Franklin County judge has blocked the collection of electric bill fees expected to be added next year under the 1 billion dollar nuclear power plant bailout law at the center of a federal bribery probe.Judge Chris Brown sided with Republican Attorney General David Yost and the cities of Cincinnati and Columbus in granting a preliminary injunction. The ruling comes as state lawmakers scramble to decide the fate of the law and nominees were chosen to succeed the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio chair who resigned amid the investigation.
