Local Jobless Rate Increased In November

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says Cleveland had the lowest unemployment rate of any major metro area in the state last month. The jobless rate in Cleveland was 3.7 percent, down five-tenths of a point from October. The rate in Columbus rose by three-tenths of a point to 3.9 percent.
