An audit shows since 2010, Columbus taxpayers have shelled out more than 5 million dollars to settle lawsuits against police.
Records released yesterday show 1.7 million was used to settle use of force complaints, and nearly 3.7 million went to settle other complaints like wrongful arrest or car accidents. That includes a 450 thousand dollar settlement to porn star Stormy Daniels.
