Three Locals Indicted In Human Trafficking Ring

Ohio Attorney General's Office

A Franklin County grand jury has indicted three Columbus men on charges of luring victims into human trafficking and prostitution.

They are 36-year-old Marcus Carmon, 46-year-old Anthony Dunn and 28-year-old Bradley Powell. Prosecutors say Carmon led a ring that victimized seven people between November 2018 and February of this year. Prosecutors say the trio targeted vulnerable and homeless women.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
